Ian Moore is one cool dude

Over the past few months, we’ve had the pleasure of performing several times with Ian Moore, whom all of us had previously met during various times in our musical lives. But after these latest shows, we have to again announce to the internets that Ian Moore is one cool dude.
We just finished playing his EP release shows in Austin and Houston. They were both amazingly fun. He and his wife, Jolene, as well as his bandmates Matt Harris and Kyle Schneider are all very nice people. It’d be great to do some more shows soon. It was all smiles all weekend long.
And now the sweat has finally dried from tonight’s Main Plaza show where many of our friends and fans braved the heat to cheer us on. We were glad to see you and hope you had as great a time as we did. Thanks again to Marisela Barerra at The Main Plaza Conservancy for having us back. Those shows are always special for us. The plaza has this feeling to it that really does seem like the heart (or at least the left ventricle) of San Antonio.
We will be performing another intimate Grackle Mundy show in September. We will let you know exactly when that date is confirmed. Until then we have new songs to work on and the hope that you’ll be okay until we see you again.
